Steve Lanese is a Managing Director in J.P. Morgan’s Global Investment Bank where he leads Healthcare Services and Technology Mergers & Acquisitions for Mid-Cap Investment Banking. He possesses more than 20 years of investment banking experience, and more than 15 years of Healthcare M&A advisory expertise, during which time he has led over 100 M&A transactions with more than $20 billion M&A transaction value. Previously, Mr. Lanese was a Managing Director in the Healthcare M&A Group at Truist Securities (formerly SunTrust Robinson Humphrey), and prior to that he held various banking positions at VRA Partners, Thomas Weisel Partners and Oppenheimer & Co. Mr. Lanese holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (Economics) from Middlebury College and Master of Business Administration degree (Finance & Accounting) from Washington University in St. Louis – Olin Business School. He lives in Atlanta, GA.
