Robert Fields, MD, serves as executive vice president and chief clinical officer of Beth Israel Lahey Health. A family medicine physician, he oversees clinical quality, population health and a range of clinical services. He previously led population health at Mount Sinai and co-founded Vista Family Health, a primary care practice focused on Latino communities.
