Conference registration is subject to review and approval by the SCALE Healthcare team. Please complete all required registration and payment information to submit your application.
Your payment method will not be charged at the time of registration. If your registration is approved, your payment method will be automatically charged the applicable registration fee, and you will receive an approval notification and confirmation email. You will then be added to the official attendee list.
Automatic Subscription Renewal
After registration is approved, you will be charged and your payment method will be charged automatically every year at the then-current subscription price ($500.00 every year) until you cancel. This is not a one-time ticket unless you cancel before the renewal date.
