Our Commitment
We are committed to providing accessible digital information and event services for people with disabilities. Our goal is to improve usability for a wide range of visitors, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, magnification, voice input, captions, or other assistive technologies.
Accessibility Standard
We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is considered when content, forms, navigation, images, event information, and third-party integrations are reviewed or updated.
Accessibility Features
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and controls where supported
- Meaningful headings and page structure
- Text alternatives for informative images
- Readable text, visible focus indicators, and sufficient color contrast
- Labels and instructions for forms
- Responsive layouts that support zoom and smaller screens
Known Limitations
Some older documents, embedded services, payment tools, event integrations, or third-party content may not fully meet every accessibility requirement. We review reported issues and work with service providers or content owners to identify practical improvements.
Event Accommodations
If you need an accommodation for registration, communication, mobility, hearing, vision, dietary needs, or another aspect of an event, contact the team as early as possible so available options can be discussed.
Feedback and Assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need information in another format, email community@scale-community.com. Include the page address, a description of the issue, and the assistive technology or browser used when relevant. We will make reasonable efforts to respond and provide assistance.
Ongoing Improvement
Accessibility work is ongoing. We periodically review templates, content, forms, navigation, and user feedback to improve the experience and address barriers.
